How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders take only 2-4 days to process. Regular ground delivery can vary depending on distance. We can rush ship if necessary.

How do I know what size to order?

If the size you need is not listed you may custom order any size. Please contact us and our customer service team would be happy to help assist you.

What if the color is not right and I wish to return my order?

We strongly recommend that you order a color swatch since color resolutions on monitors can vary. Feel free to contact us to request a swatch. If there was an error on our part, we will gladly repair or replace the item. We cannot, however guarantee that an order is incorrect due to a customer error.

Can I order a special size?

Yes, please do! We want to be your source for any sizes- standard or unique. Please contact us for more info.

Do I have to order online?

No, while we gladly accept orders via our online portal, we also welcome orders over the phone.
